Unfortunately the PJ Harvey album is no longer available to listen to but following the NPR link has given me the chance to listen to the new Low Anthem album, and I do really like that band. So, although it isn't what you intended, thanks all the same!

Sorry. NPR concert series usually stayed archived for a long time, but these album pre-release streams only good for about a week. My love of polly jean sent me over to youtube where I'm playing her mix. April 14th at the warfield....

I like it. Mellow but it really grows on me. That said, now that the stream is gone, it will probably take me years before I get a copy. You can stream stuff from her myspace page:

Second link is the new album.

Did you know there was talk of offering PJ the position of 'war song correspondent'? Pretty remarkable, and deserved, if it comes off.

All I could think of is "...AND, THAT'S the REST of the story!", but assume this PJHarvey band has no relation to one of my fav radio waves voice, The Paul Harvey.

"Gooood DAY!"

And a good day to you, Master Tell.

You do realise, I hope, what a huge hostage to fortune talk of going down biological pathways is while SDH is running loose about the premises?
